Director, Demand Generation

• Lead and manage a team of demand generation professionals, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship to support team development and performance.
• Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across the Demand Generation Marketing team. Demand Generation Strategy, P&L Ownership & Budget Management
• Own and drive Ziply Fiber\u2019s demand generation marketing strategies, campaigns, and P&L with accountability for sales, revenue per customer, cost per sale and sales NPS online and offline channels
• Manage and optimize the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across paid and organic channels to maximize ROI and sales impact. Data, Insights & Performance Reporting
• Analyze cross-platform data, customer behavior and customer sales journeys to improve the sales/acquisition experience, proactively identify strategic opportunities and to inform the prioritization of impactful initiatives that accelerate growth.
• Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence to ensure the development of robust and insightful reporting that meets the evolving strategic needs of the Marketing organization.
• Drive cross team alignment thru regular reporting on funnel health, marketing-sourced sales and activations and overall demand generation performance. Go-to-Market Alignment, Partnerships & Sales Channel Optimization
• Oversee go-to-market plans for products, product updates and promotions to ensure marketing, sales and support are aligned, trained and providing a consistent prospect and customer experience.
