Responsibilities: The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed. \u2022 Leads and facilitates analysis of customers business needs in person or through collaboration tools to develop solution strategies based on knowledge of customer\u2019s technology environment. \u2022 Initiates and develops strong customer relationships and act as a customer advocate within Ziply Fiber to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. \u2022 Prepare technical proposals and presentations for customers and provide limited scope responses to service and industry questions. \u2022 Actively participate in account, module, and market planning meetings. \u2022 Develop responses to client issued Requests for Proposal/Information through design and thought leadership. \u2022 Deliver both formal and informal presentations which effectively represent the industry positioning and capabilities of Ziply Fiber, and the business value and ROI of service offerings proposed to customers. \u2022 Develop statement(s) of work, scoping and design documentation, solution summaries, operational support detail, and other technical documentation to outline delivery and life cycle of services proposed to customers. \u2022 Participate in relevant market, industry, or technology organizations / associations, marketing events, and trade shows. \u2022 Provide basic service, capability, technology, and industry training to internal and external groups. \u2022 Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
