Network Automation Engineer

• Work closely with Sales leadership and external Partners to understand design and facilitate the needs of the programs.
• Host Carrier Forums and execute on subsequent deliverables in a manner that scales frequent questions into content that is provided proactively as a part of our Carrier program.
• Create and manage the Agent advisory council. Resource Management & Content Development
• Maintain continuity of existing resources found on wholesale.frontier.com and lead in its further content development for Ziply. Corporate Communication & Channel Support
• Be the corporate face of communications for both the Wholesale Channel and the Agent Channel Consistently review the tools, resources and applications Carriers and Agents use to ensure ease of use, adoption, and validations that these resources help our Carriers and Agent be more successful with Ziply. Other Duties
• Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization. Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business information systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software development, with a specific focus on networks. Experience developing and implementing network automation strategies.
