Structured Cabling Technical Trainer (BICSI Certified)

Responsibilities: ·Deliver classroom and hands-on field training for technicians across multiple skill levels ·Develop and maintain structured training curriculum and SOPs ·Conduct skills assessments, practical exams, and readiness evaluations ·Train technicians on copper and fiber optic installation standards ·Teach rack/cabinet build-outs, terminations, labeling, and documentation procedures ·Train on testing, troubleshooting, and certification best practices ·Provide real-time field coaching and mentorship on jobsites ·Enforce workmanship quality standards and installation consistency ·Track technician progress, training records, and competency logs ·Partner with Operations leadership to identify skill gaps and workforce needs ·Support onboarding and technician career progression programs ·Assist with continuous curriculum improvement based on field feedback and industry updates.
