Job Summary
- Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial building construction.
- Proficiency with Procore required (RFIs, submittals, financial tools, scheduling, drawings, and reporting).
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and complex documentation workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelorâs degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
