Associate Project Manager - Small Cell

Responsibilities: •Understand organizational goals, scopes of work, and project timelines/budgets •Interface with vendors and attend/lead deployment meetings as needed to drive project progress •Review data provided by vendors and ensure Crown Castle systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data •Plans & Aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals •Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with all stakeholders •Manage risk, actions, issues, dependencies, scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices •Escalate issues through internal lines of business Expectations •Collaborative –Working together with internal and external teammates to deliver customer-centric solutions •Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences •Ensures Accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments •Drives Results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances Education/Certifications  •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience/Minimum Requirements  •Minimum of three (3) + years of project management experience •MS Excel - working with large data and organizing the data Other Skills/Abilities •Understanding of small cell construction, including RF, fiber, power, and/or distributed power •Ability to interface effectively with all levels of organization, including senior leaders •Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships •Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills •Strong organizational skills •Knowledge of public right of way project deployment
