The person in this role will sell Lumen's full suite of offerings to Federal Civilian Agencies. As an Account Director, you will set, and drive account strategies aimed at powering your client's mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets while leveraging the resources of extended account team members. The Main Responsibilities: •Formulates account strategies to grow the business and the relationships within assigned Federal Civilian Agencies. •Proactively hunts for net-new business within the existing account base, prioritizing dim or dark accounts by uncovering whitespace, building new stakeholder relationships, and creating opportunities where Lumen has limited or no current footprint. •Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
