The Role: As Lead Finance Analyst, Global Partner Solutions (GPS), you will provide financial leadership and strategic insight supporting Lumen's partner‑led growth initiatives within the Commercial organization. This role partners closely with GPS leadership, the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT), Strategy, RevOps, and cross‑functional stakeholders to inform decisions that shape business performance and future investment. Operating within a dynamic, data‑driven environment, you will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, support enterprise‑wide initiatives and compensation strategies, and enable effective planning, execution, and performance management across the GPS organization.
