The Role: Lumen is looking for a motivated sales individual within Japan to support the growth of the Cloud business. With the right credentials/certification from the Hyperscalers with capabilities across a wide range of cloud technologies, the key objectives for the position are: * Grow the Cloud business in the designated geographical territory by unearthing new opportunities through new logo acquisitions. * Collaborate with our partner ecosystem for increased sales, brand awareness and market share to drive pipeline. * Feedback and collaborate with the Hyperscalersteam to develop / refine service offerings to cater to market demand and requirements. The Main Responsibilities: * Develops and manages relationships with acquired customers HQ and/or decision making executives in Japan. Develops action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company. * Identifying and winning NEW high value and strategic enterprise customers to achieve targets * Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
