Job Summary
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial modeling and investment analysis to support pricing strategy, product packaging, churn reduction initiatives, fiber network expansion, overbuilds, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Build and maintain models to evaluate capital allocation decisions using methodologies such as net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), payback period, and cohort-based analysis.
- Support capital allocation decisions across competing priorities, including footprint expansion, penetration improvement, retention investment, and infrastructure deployment.
- Incorporate key FTTH business drivers into financial planning and analysis, including penetration, take rate, ARPU, churn, margin, and cost to serve.
- Evaluate market-level fiber builds by cohort, including ramp curves, saturation assumptions, and long-term margin profiles.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess investment risk, return trade-offs, and business performance outcomes.
- Own Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling across FTTH sales channels to evaluate acquisition efficiency, payback periods, and long-term profitability.
- Lead Cost per Gross Add (CPGA) analysis across products, channels, and geographies, including cost drivers such as marketing, commissions, installation, promotions, and subsidies.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency while maintaining subscriber quality and long-term value creation.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the FTTH consumer segment using driver-based assumptions tied to subscriber growth, penetration, churn, ARPU, and capital deployment.
- Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with operational execution and business priorities.
