Job Summary
- Qualifications: WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: Education & Experience:
- 2–7+ years of experience in telecom engineering, fiber network design, network operations, or deployment support
- Strong understanding of OSP fiber design, construction workflows, and network architecture
- Experience supporting large-scale fiber deployment programs Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Experience with IQGeo, GIS platforms, or similar network design systems
- Knowledge of fiber terminal design, capacity planning, and network optimization
- Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis Core Competencies:
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
- Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience with Brightspeed systems such as BOSS-OM and BOSS-IM
- Familiarity with telecom order management, inventory systems, and service activation workflows
