First Impression Specialist I

As the First Impression Specialist, you’ll live out our core values in every interaction with both external and internal customers. The First Impression Specialist I will complete the first month of training with the specified Front Office staff and attend on-the-job training in an established market.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solution focused sales
• Answer billing questions
• Provide basic mobile phone support
• Use company provided resources when questions arise or call on your leader
• Complete outbound calls as assigned
• Properly document all customer interaction and activity
• Record all customer interactions and transactions via tracker
• Understands basic troubleshooting and asks relevant questions needed to open trouble tickets
• Keep track of office supply inventory and order as needed
• Complete expense reports on time each month
• Utilize other Team’s chat groups for information for other departments…
