Job Summary
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend client meetings and discovery calls to assist with note-taking, identifying action items, and ensuring all client needs are captured accurately.
- Own the follow-up process by drafting professional communications, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating next steps between the client and the Senior AE. All while upholding ALLO’s core values of being local, honest, exceptional, and hassle-free.
- Research and establish initial contact with prospective leads to build a qualified pipeline for the Senior AE’s review.
- Proactively learn our industry landscape, service offerings, and sales methodology to provide more strategic support over time.
- Maintain organized records within our CRM, ensuring deal stages are current and all prospect data is accurately managed. EDUCATION:
- College Degree or equal work experience EXPERIENCE:
- Entry-level (0–2 years). This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or someone with experience in a professional support or customer-facing environment. SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for catching the "small things" in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively in front of clients.
