Job Summary
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hitting the Streets: You’ll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods and attending local events, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services.
- Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.
- Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product’s benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.
- Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going!
- Following Up: Ensure customers have had a hassle-free process and that we have provided exceptional service.
- Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you’ll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you’ve learned while working in the field.
- Travel: As a Residential Sales Representative for ALLO, you could be traveling between markets, but don’t worry, expenses are covered and we provide you with an assigned company vehicle. Travel outside of your home market, with some hotel stays required. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous sales experience
- Experience in telecommunications sales a plus but not required
