With a specialization in multiple technology disciplines, the TAM serves as the customer's number one advocate, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and technical concepts. The primary focus of this role is managing the relationship between ALLO and the client to foster a seamless and successful partnership. This is an in office position in Mission, KS.

• Serve as the primary technical advocate for a dedicated client portfolio, building strong, long-term partnerships with key business leaders, owners, and C-suite contacts.
• Provide strategic guidance by understanding client business goals and conducting regular service reviews to ensure alignment with ALLO's best practices.
• Proactively translate complex technical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and provide analytical problem resolution using an expert-level knowledge of ALLO's products.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to champion client needs and ensure seamless service experience.
