Martech Enablement Operations Lead

Required Qualifications

• You will thrive in this role if you:
• Have 8+ years of hands-on data analytics with a strong grasp of platform capabilities and limitations
• Bring a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable Martech solutions
• Demonstrate strong leadership and ownership, with experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Are highly effective at prioritization, planning, and delegation across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Have a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes, balancing long-term vision with near-term execution
• Possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can adapt quickly while maintaining high standards   A plus if you have:
• Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields
• Marketing Cloud Certification strongly preferred 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field    Language Skills:
• Required: English   Physical Demands: Work is primarily sedentary, performed indoors from a home or company office environment. The role requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and other standard office productivity equipment. Occasional travel may be required for vendor meetings, industry conferences, or internal team events (estimated up to 10% of time).
