Engineering Support Specialist

Required Qualifications

• WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: Education & Experience:
• 2–7+ years of experience in telecom engineering, fiber network design, network operations, or deployment support
• Strong understanding of OSP fiber design, construction workflows, and network architecture
• Experience supporting large-scale fiber deployment programs Technical Skills & Competencies:
• Experience with IQGeo, GIS platforms, or similar network design systems
• Knowledge of fiber terminal design, capacity planning, and network optimization
• Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis Core Competencies:
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments BONUS POINTS FOR:
• Experience with Brightspeed systems such as BOSS-OM and BOSS-IM
• Familiarity with telecom order management, inventory systems, and service activation workflows
