Required Qualifications
- WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:  
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, compliance, or a related function
- Demonstrated ability to analyze legal and financial documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience working in a corporate legal, procurement, or risk management environment
- Certification such as Juris Doctorate (JD) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems
- Advanced knowledge of contract law or regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to the industry Physical Demands & Work Conditions Work is primarily sedentary and performed in a work from home environment. The role requires daily use of a computer and standard home office equipment.  Access to a printer and scanner is essential. Occasional travel may be required for meetings or negotiations.
